this usually just means its login glitched, that just means the server needs to be restarted wich usually happens automaticaly every 30min i believe

try these following steps. step 1 did you restart your client? step2 keep trying log in. step 3 the server can have whats called a log in null. a log in null is when u put right name/pass u cant log it itl say connection timed out so that can be the reason. or ur pass is just rong or your user.
